Create thread base.
Wrap lead wire.
Secure lead with thread.

Tie in tails. Brown biots
should be installed on each
side of hook. Tail length
should equal hook gap.

Tie in gold wire for
rib. Tie in 3 or 4 peacock
herl at tail set position.

Wrap peacock herl forward and tie off leaving enough room at head for beard and wing. Counter wrap rib
forward and tie off.

Tie in hackle. Make 3 to 4 wraps and secure with thread. Pull top and side barbules down and tie off to
create a beard. Length of hackle fibers should be to hook point.

For wing, tie in 2 white biots divided. Length should be equal to body. Whip finish.
