Cover, then refrigerate.20 mixed chat (baby) red andwhite potatoes80g butter melted, plus 80g extra,at room temperature2 tablespoons chopped rosemary3 cloves garlic, crushed10 rosemary stems10 wooden skewers, soaked inwater for 30 minutes1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce2 teaspoons mild english mustardPierce potatoes several times allover. Place potatoes in a largesaucepan; cover with cold water. Bringto the boil. Boil for 10 minutes or untiltender. Drain. Refresh under cold water.Transfer to a large bowl.Combine butter, rosemary andgarlic in a bowl. Drizzle buttermixture over potatoes; toss to coat.Season. Thread 1 red and 1 whitepotato onto each skewer, then pressBUDGETWINNERA SERVE$112in a rosemary stem. Whisk theextra butter, sweet chilli sauceand mustard in a bowl.Preheat a barbecue grill plateto moderately high. Cook andturn the skewers for 5 minutes oruntil the potatoes are browned.Transfer to a serving platter. Brushpotatoes with some of the sweetchilli butter.
